We have been using the SL-6180 wireless door chime for about 5 years, (Model# DESA SL-6180-RX-A) It has performed beyond our expectations. Installation of the outside door chime button was a snap, and the receiving unit is completely portable. Transmission/reception range has been quite satisfactory and the sound quality and volume have been perfect. We can hear it from every room in our 2-story house.
